Hot off their run at Midsumma Festival, Mister Act are bringing Oh Happy Gay to Comedy Festival!

Jayden, Simon and Allen bring you a stellar hour of divine q***r comedy, featuring new sketches, old faithfuls and a gospel's worth of excellent needle drops (mainly Jessie Ware).

Following on from their debut sell-out show Am I Doing This Right? at Midsumma Festival 2023, the boys are back to entertain, inspire and alter the trajectory of gay culture forever... but mainly make you laugh.

Expect hilarious sketches and candid storytelling about q***r insecurities, trashy pop culture and which Sister Act character each of us are (spoiler: we are all Maggie Smith).

It's heartfelt gay comedy at its funnest and finest. Hallelujah!

Hello Players! Randy Adeva wants to open up. Expressing emotions ain’t easy for a Filipino-Australian with a Catholic upbringing.

But armed with lyrical rhymes and nasty beats, Randy will finally have his chance to truly express himself using the one approach he knows best –hip-hop comedy.

Performed by Australia’s only active hip-hop comedian, Hello Players! is an hour of original hip-hop musical comedy and hilarious stand-up featuring Randy’s charming silliness.

Randy Adeva is an actor and comedian based in Melbourne. His credits include ABC’s What Could Go Wrong?” and C31’s The Leak. A Filipino-Australian that grew up half in Manila and half in Melbourne, he brings a unique balance of flavour to the stage and screen of feel-good zaniness and sincere heartfelt emotions.

Trish Hurley & Jacquelyn Richards - The Women's Room - In Pieces

Nominated for Best Comedy at Sydney Fringe Festival, Trish Hurley & Jacquelyn Richards explore the most diabolically entertaining parts of their lives using comedy. Nothing is off limits as they reflect on what it is to be human in the 21st century through relatable examinations of life paired with “razor sharp wit and, at times, jaw dropping observations” (Her Canberra).

Following two sell out seasons at the Canberra Comedy Festival, both Trish and Jacqui made it through to the RAW Comedy Grand Final in Melbourne. Jacqui took home the prize for National Runner Up.

This show is for women everywhere and the people who love them.

Massive thank you to everyone who came out to support us at our First Birthday! We’ve absolutely loved our first year here in the laneway and meeting all of you.

We want to especially shout out our amazing team who’ve been huge legends this year from the day we opened and the ones who’ve joined along the way. Thank you to our locals, our community at , anyone who’s performed a festival show, comedy night, hosted an event or come and watched. You all mean the world to us!
