As part of the Broadsheet Melbourne Dine Out! Festival, we’re handing the kitchen to Sebastian Pasinetti for a dinner inspired by his Calabrian heritage, late-night aperitivo bars and Italo disco dance floors.

Expect four courses of bold southern Italian cooking, generous pours of Italian wine and cocktails, disco on the speakers, and a dining room that feels more like a supper party than a restaurant.

Olive ascolane. Fried focaccia with mortadella, pistachio and honey. Tagliatelle al ragù. Cotoletta with nduja dressing. Zuppa inglese to finish.

Come hungry, pour a spritz and make a few new friends. 26th July.
