Bo Gurks is looking for experienced bar and front of house staff to join our team in Edithvale.

We are a busy, independently owned bar and restaurant known for craft beer, Australian whisky, cocktails, wood-fired pizza and great customer service. We’re after reliable hospitality professionals who can handle a fast-paced venue while still creating a fun and welcoming experience for customers.

What we’re looking for:
Previous bar and/or hospitality experience essential
Confident working busy service periods
Strong customer service and communication skills
Cocktail, beer and spirits knowledge highly regarded
Ability to work as part of a team
RSA required
Availability across nights and weekends essential
About the role:
Casual position
Approximately 15–30 hours per week depending on availability and experience
Mix of bar, floor and customer service duties
Fast-paced weekend trade, events, trivia nights and whisky events

Behind Backwoods Distilling Co. are Bree and Leigh — a passionate husband-and-wife team creating bold, uniquely Australian whisky with a hands-on, small-batch approach. Known for their creativity, experimental cask finishes and genuine connection with the whisky community, they’ve built Backwoods around great whisky, good people and doing things their own way.
