are hosting monthly masterclasses, and I finally got the chance to learn about Balvenie. The ambassador was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! you could tell he really knew his stuff.

Our visit even came with a bottle too!

I heard the next masterclass is Australian whisky… I’m keen for that one! 😀❤️

I had the opportunity to try Laizhou’s whisky portfolio late last year at Whisky Alement, and Sherry Harmony was my favourite.

This amazing whisky uses 10 different first-fill sherry casks, showcasing a spectrum of sherry styles from Amontillado to Oloroso,hence the name Sherry Harmony.

It was soo good I’ve added this bottle to our bar, and you need to try it!
