New Year’s Eve, done properly.

For one night only, Chochin Yakitori returns to the grill.

A traditional Japanese delicacy made from egg yolk, chicken offal, and membrane, gently skewered and cooked over fire until rich, delicate, and deeply savoury.

We’re pairing it with Reika, our house sake, chosen for its clean finish and ability to lift every bite without overpowering the dish.

Alongside the grill, we’ll also be serving our prawn sashimi, fresh, sweet, and precise. Offering balance and contrast across the table.
