Fresh from the oven daily and the perfect way to start your meal.

House-made rosemary focaccia served with whipped ricotta and roast bullhorn pepper salsa. A simple pleasure best enjoyed with a glass of something interesting.

A duo we keep coming back to this month.

Our sardine finger with whipped Murray Valley cod roe on crisp toast, finished with fresh dill.

Best paired with a chilled Picpoul - crisp, citrusy, and made to cut through the richness while lifting every salty, luxurious bite.

Clean, bright, and dangerously easy to keep ordering both.

As the weather is starting to turn, so have our tastes in wine.

The 2022 Blue Poles ‘Reserve’ is what we're sipping on this week. This is Margaret River at its most nuanced - dark, slightly moody, and possessing that signature savoury "crunch" that makes this producer a cult favourite.

It’s sophisticated without being stuffy. Deep plum, forest floor, and enough structure to keep things interesting well into the second glass.

Golden hour, bottled.

Bright passionfruit and zingy ginger tempered by the soft warmth of vanilla. The Passionfruit Sour is our elevated take on a fruit-forward classic.

Find a corner, settle in, and let us pour you one.

Don't let the name fool you - she’s all elegance.

The Honey Badger is our latest obsession. Built on a foundation of Four Pillars Dry Gin, it’s a nuanced blend of lemon, sharp verjuice, and the golden sweetness of Vivian’s honey. We finish it with rosemary and saffron for a botanical profile that lingers long after the first sip.

Complex, golden, and dangerously easy to drink.

What we're drinking: Mordrelle Reserve Grüner Veltliner

Grüner, with quiet depth. Fermented between stainless steel and French oak, the oak plays a supporting role, offering shape and dimension rather than weight.

Fifteen months on lees brings a fine, textural edge. There’s freshness and spice here, alongside Grüner’s signature savoury nuance, all layered into a fuller, more composed expression.

Structured, but not showy.
