A fresh delivery of Holy basil (AKA kaprao) - the star ingredient in Pad Kaprao. Unbeknown to most, holy basil does differ from its ainiseedy cousin, Thai basil. Not only is it typically larger in size but it has a more distinctive, peppery and slightly bitter flavour. We source ours from a local farm in Adelaide.
