Drunken Noodles with Beef, Green Peppercorn, Wild Ginger & Chilli. There are many theories as to where the name came from. One is that because the dish is so spicy, you need to drink a lot to handle the spice. A fresh delivery of Holy basil (AKA kaprao) - the star ingredient in Pad Kaprao. Unbeknown to most, holy basil does differ from its ainiseedy cousin, Thai basil. Not only is it typically larger in size but it has a more distinctive, peppery and slightly bitter flavour. We source ours from a local farm in Adelaide.
