🍎✨ Apple Ginger Cooler ✨🫚

Recipe:
~ 60ml Spiced Rum
~ 100ml apple juice
~ 200ml ginger b**r
~ 20ml Lemon juice
Garnish :
Green apple & a sprig of rosemary

Crisp apple, fiery ginger, a splash of citrus, and a smooth pour of your favourite spirit — all topped with a refreshing fizz. 🍏🥂

The perfect cooler for golden-hour hangs and weekend celebrations. 🌿✨

This Friday we have an old classic with a twist !

✨Port Shandy✨

Now I know some of you are thinking that’s not a cocktail and you’re right, a traditional one isn’t. My family aren’t very big drinkers but this is always a favourite in our household. I’ve chosen this cocktail today in reminiscence of my nan. She unfortunately passed away a couple of weeks ago. She never really drank, but when she did a Port Shandy was her drink of choice. This one’s for her 🥰🪽

Recipe:
- 15ml Port w**e
- 45ml Vodka
- Lemonade
- Ice
Garnish : lemon Wheel and Rind

Hayley’s 21st ❤️

Last weekend the Travelling Taylz team headed over to Nathalia. I unfortunately couldn’t be there for this one, but Hayley and her guests were in very best of hands, with two of my favourites Aren & Charlotte.

The cocktails of Hayley’s choice were:

~ French Martini
&
~ Strawberry Daiquiri
