Friday night. LIVE & LOUD from 7.50pm on the big screens.

Tex (equal 4th in the 2026 Maryville Tavern Footy Tipping comp, no less) has spoken: KNIGHTS BY 4+ 🏉⚔️ So really, who are we to argue?

Before kick-off, we’ll start pouring $12 Classic Cocktails from 5pm, with DJs Dan P + Black Tiger spinning in the B**r Garden until we need to turn up the footy.

Our kitchen is open 12–8pm, with Warriors v Knights LIVE on all big screens from 2pm 🏉

Then settle into the B**r Garden for our Sunday Shindig with live music by Cormac Grant 3–5pm, plus $12 Margaritas, $20 Coopers Jugs & $5 Dog B**rs.

Somebody told the Gold Coast Titans that our food was good, so we had the pleasure of hosting them for dinner after the game tonight. Not their day today with our mighty Knights in such good form, but at least they had a good steak while in town. Thanks guys for being good sports and treating some of our local boys to some signatures and smiles too.

Garden Club Fridays are now $12 CLASSIC Cocktails + Vinyl DJs in the B**r Garden from 5–10pm.

Think Margaritas, Aperol Spritzes and Espresso Martinis, with the records spinning chilled tunes.

That’s right. Millie’s leaving. Off to find herself in WA.

So what’s a Millie you say?

A Millie is a very important part of the team at The Maryville, here for around 30 hours a week, mainly Wednesday to Saturday around 10am - 6pm. Although things vary a little bit from week to week. ‘Millie’ is a friendly face in the Public Bar during this time- keeping it all organised and well-stocked, while entertaining the locals with bad jokes and friendly banter, and taking calls and making bookings. Millie does math well. Reconciling cash is part of the role. A current RSA & RCG is essential, along with experience in TAB, Gaming and Bar operations.
