Bright’s most favourite joint Tomahawks is coming to town & we have the pleasure of hosting them!

For 2 consecutive Tuesdays nights, Tomahawks are taking over The Fields kitchen & serving some of their iconic dishes alongside a few of our winter warmers.

Tuesday 23rd June & Tuesday 30th June ~ you’ll be able to get ya hands on that famous cheeseburger, that broccoliiii !!!!! & more from the Tomahawks crew. We’ll be bringing a spicy miso fried chicken ramen, a smoked beef laksa & a few other faves off our menu.

Our friendship runs about 20 years deep, so this is a really special one for us & for y’all to enjoy.. It’ll be rad!

Stallion is on holiday so we’re filling the void and running an extra service.. kinda like our Field Trip thing from last year.

Lil’ PSA from us to you.

With the current financial climate in Aus especially in our town, we have been brainstorming ways the we can be a ‘good neighbour’ for our local community.

Basic survival at the moment is so difficult at the moment.. we feel you, we’re all feeling it too. Going out to eat shouldn’t break the bank, but at the moment it certainly can.

So with all that being said both The Fields & Stallion have adjusted pricing, menus & operations to be more inclusive for us to be able to serve our whole community by using creative ways to bring our costs down. Because adding yet another ‘just passing the costs on’ doesn’t feel right to us & price gouging is not who we are.

We’re offering some cool little takeaway packs,
have changed our set menu minimum numbers from 7+ guests to now 10+.
& offering 10% off bottles of wine 🍷

Coz times are a-changing and with that, so are we.
Menus are now live online, bookings are available.

🔥T & Tom hit the main stage at the Hunting & Fishing Expo, showing you how to make Kangaroo Banh Mi from scratch.

🔥 The Fields open from 11:30am serving kangaroo banh mi’s, venison rendang jaffles, smoked trout rillettes & more.

🔥 Find our pop-up bar at the expo — native Australian & locally foraged flavours pouring all day.

🔥 Supper Club at Stallion from 9:30pm — cocktail specials, late night menu & italo disco tunes.

And yes… both venues open for dinner as usual.

After a crazy week of power outages & fires nearby, we have made the decision to consolidate our restaurants this week to allow us to get both joints back on their feet after losing the majority of our produce & prep in both spots.

The result.. Stallion will be running a little bit of a fusion menu, bringing together the creative forces behind The Fields & Stallion, offering up some unique dishes that we’re so stoked to get into.

The Fields will be closed this week while the team preps hard, hoping to re-open next week..

We’d also love to take a second to acknowledge the losses of our nearby towns & communities affected by the fires, and more importantly the short & long terms effects this event will mean to them. Our hearts are with y’all!

We are planning on hosting a few things that will hopefully bring some relief in a real motherf**ker of a time. Stay tuned!

So yeah, we’ll be doing our best to bring you the best we can.
