Likely ~12-15 hours per week. Friday evening, Saturday evening, Sunday lunch.

We’re a gastro-bar in the heart of Manly inspired by American culture and cuisine.

Featuring a delicious selection of American cuisine, complemented with a curated, sommelier picked wine, craft beer, cocktails -- and last but not least -- whiskey and spirit selection.

We’re seeking a junior food and beverage runner, bar helper. You will not be handling or serving alcohol so RSA is not required. Zero experience required as this is an entry level role. Primary duties would include assisting bar with polishing glasses & cutlery, bussing food to tables, clearing and resetting tables, and any other assistance the bartend or floor staff require.

What is the working atmosphere like? In a few words, our staff are:
- hard working: we all put in 100%.
- team oriented: we all look out for each other
- unpretentious: life’s too short and we don’t want no drama
- last but not least, cool vibes 😎✌️

We can’t do it on our own, however… So... We need you. That's right - YOU.

Where YOU will possess the following four key traits:

1. Efficiency.
a) Hard working; engaged.
b) Smart working; able to prioritise

2. Warm and friendly
A nice smile goes a long way. A warm personality is as just as important to their experience as the food and drink are.

3. Trust.
Can we trust you to work in the above manner with or without supervision?

4. Availability.
Are you available to work: Friday & Saturday evenings, Sunday lunches, holidays?

Essential technical details
- Fluency in English
- Availability weekends & holidays, at least until 31st January, 2022
- Right to work in Australia
