48 MAIN has always adored Dolly Parton, so this weekend we will pay tribute (her music) to the genius of a truly exceptional singer songwriter, a wonderful philanthropist, and a humble beautiful human being who showed us all that loving kindness and strength are two ingredients for a life that brings joy to the world. We’re itching for spring! Hay fever season is a killer! Yet the rain is a joy, the change keeps us awake, and it’s stunning to watch everything transform. ♥️

THIS WEEKEND-
48 MAIN is open for a showcase of artworks by Sally Andressen. We are excited to showcase Sally’s artworks of beautiful flora, with a great interest in native plants. Also, Sally’s landscapes that really show her play of colour. Her golds resonate with this land. A special afternoon is planned for this Sunday 30 August from 2PM. Come along to view our expanded exhibition.

SUNDAY 30th August- KARLO ARCINUE.
A singer songwriter- Karlo is beautiful on the acoustic guitar, and his heartfelt lyrics and conviction have made him a loved performer at 48 Main.

SUNDAY 23 AUGUST- Mick Coates and the Tibooburra Three take the stage this Sunday from 4pm. Playing a mix of C&W tunes and Johnny Cash! it will be a bit of a swagger, just a bit loose and probably the most fun you can have in a Sunday afternoon . Also playing will be Kenny Joe Blake! so come early! Free entry

THURSDAY- our soup deal is still going. This week is creamy cauliflower soup. Yum!

48 MAIN is excited to have The Darling Buds of Maldon this SATURDAY evening. The DBOMs are 48 MAIN’s home band and we cherish Jim Fowling, Kevin Spears, Robert Chuggs and Peter Keown. It will be a couple of months before they’re back again so meet with your besties and enjoy the music of these very talented lads from Maldon, Barkers Creek, and always sunny St. Albans. In the meantime everyone, be happy and stay warm. 💗🕺

FRIDAY 14 AUG- Open Mic Night. OMN is a fun fuelled night of musicians joining together and sharing a love of music!

This weekend at 48 MAIN come in and sample new local w**es and some new bites from our upcoming menu. The wood fire will be lit and you’re always guaranteed great company.

Thursday 6th August - Our soup deal is still running hot. This week we have French onion soup, crusty bread, and drink deal.

Sunday 9th August- the amazing Grim Fawkner will warm us all up with his brilliant vocals and guitar playing. Happy 60th birthday Steve! ❤️
