As Rod and I are no longer at the gollan. All entertainment that was booked with us is cancelled. I will contact as many of you as quickly as I can. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this but out of our control.

Well hasn't this week been fun... NOT!
As you have all seen this week the pub has been closed for the past couple of days. Our 6 months at the Gollan has been to say the least great when it comes to our day to day interaction with our amazing patrons and musicians. And not so great when dealing with our landlord. Over the time we have had so many meetings in relation to our lease and some of the terms in it. We have fought to have some parts removed and others changed, to no avail. We have negotiated over other issues (ladies toilets) and came to an agreement. Once these things were finalized and the agreed terms needed to be acted upon 1 party in this union decided to rescind their involvement, leaving us in the hole. We have tried again and again to settle this. We took a stance and opted to reduce payment of our rent to recoup what was owed to us. Unfortunately this has resulted in the owner deciding that we have breached a make believe lease and locked us out. We have fought for the last 2 days to gain access to be able to remove our belongings, we were held to ransom over a safe key ( they wanted the contents) we vehemently refused to hand over said key. Not that this made any difference as they helped themselves after receiving a solicitors letter advising them that they could not touch it. Today we were finally allowed in to remove our things. Some of our team have been approached to work for them and they have all told them to jam it (some unpolitely) I will be contacting all of our upcoming bookings to inform them of what's happened. The hotel has opened this afternoon with a manager in place (sorry buddy but u will be gone soon) I can only hope that the public of Lismore will stand against this bu****it behaviour of what this man has done once again in his hotel. I'm sorry but u cant do what we do cause u sir are scum. Here's to our amazing team whom we love endlessly and couldn't do what we do without u, here is to the amazing musicians of our area, thank you for ur support, here is to my amazing husband who does as his told. Thank you all for supporting us in our time at the gollan. We love u.....
