We were thrilled to help this Stabicraft 1850 Supercab owner take their deep-drop fishing to the next level.

They already had a very capable and trusted Simrad NSS evo3 16 inch display, so we were able to seamlessly integrate the Simrad S5100 High-Performance CHIRP Sonar Module and an Airmar TM-275LHW transducer. This combination instantly transformed their boat into a broadbill-finding machine.

The S5100's three independent CHIRP channels pair perfectly with the Airmar TM-275LHW. This dual-channel transducer provides a deep-penetrating Low CHIRP band (42-65 kHz) for tracking the bottom in extreme depths, and a High-Wide CHIRP band (150-250 kHz) with a constant 25° beam for incredible target separation and a much wider view of the water column.

This custom setup means our customer can now track their bait, see the water temperature changes, and see potential broadbill targets with ease. This boat is now fully equipped to hunt for one of the ocean's most challenging and rewarding fish.

Upgraded the Garmin electronics on a customers Northbank 750HT. Fitted a New Garmin GPSMAP 8412 and a B175L transducer. We interfaced the new display into the existing older Garmin and works perfectly sharing all the functions and transducers (B175M, B175L and GT52HW).
Went for a run over the shipwreck under the Tasman Bridge, Garmins ClearVu is fantastic showing all the details.

Looking after the fishing fleet in St Helen’s. Performed upgrades with the Furuno FCV 1150 sounders, SCX-20 Sat compasses and TimeZero bottom mapping chart plotter systems. While in town we try and get a good number of vessels together to share some of the costs.
All installs completed and they are all back fishing,,

Another Sydney Ferry has been built and delivered in Sydney. This is the fourth vessel and three more to be finished at Richardson Devine Marine.
Island Marine proudly specialises in all the Marine Electronics on these vessels.

She's here! Martin Green, our fourth Australian-made ferry for the Parramatta River has arrived in Sydney.

It was a big journey across the Bass Strait for Sydney's newest ferry, so we're giving her a lot of love and care, and ensuring she shines from bow to stern before she enters service in the coming weeks ⛴️

Island Marine is back in Exmouth WA, working on Offshore Unlimited fleet of vessel, with Marine Navigational Electronic upgrades and modifications. This is keeping them all up to date with the latest of technology and the vessels also had a full slipping and maintenance schedule.
Very hard for us to leave perfect weather and back to Tassie🥶

Island Marine has just completed a comprehensive Marine Electronics Installation on another new Sydney Ferry “John Nutt”. This is the Second vessel of Seven for Sydney, built at Richardson Devine Marine and three more currently under construction.

The stand out was the NEW Garmin GPSMAP9024 24” display, showing up fish targets so crystal clear, also connected to a Google Chrome cast TV so you don’t miss the footy. Extensive list of gear fitted: Garmin GPSMAP 12” and 24” displays, GSD28 sounder module with heave compensation, MSC 10 Satellite Compass, SS175HW and SS175L transducers, FLIR thermal night vision, Fusion stereo system, google TV, Force Kraken Trolling 90” motor, trolling motor 36volt lithium battery system. 💪
