Porcini seared eye fillet, parsnip velvet, charred shallots, red w**e jus + parsnip crisps (gf) crisp fried chat potatoes, garlic parsley butter sour cream + chives

Roles available in both Launceston and Hobart, with opportunities to work across Tasmania.

Regular weekend work, great people, beautiful events in a professional, high-level environment.

Experience is a bonus, but not essential… if you’re a fast learner, work hard and bring a great attitude, we would like to hear from you.

It’ll be great experience, genuinely good people to be around and some really special events to be a part of.
