Are you obsessed with great service, sharp behind the bar, and looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking experienced, passionate, and flexible Casual Front of House / Bar staff to join the team at Alida Restaurant.
If you have a strong hospitality background, a current RSA, and serious confidence in a bar environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Are Looking For:

Bar & FOH Expertise: Strong knowledge of bar operations (cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits) alongside seamless floor skills.

Credentials: A valid, current RSA is non-negotiable.

Passion & Drive: A genuine love for the industry, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Flexibility: Availability to work a casual roster, including weekends and evenings.

If you’ve popped into Alida to dine with us before, chances are you’ve been welcomed by our smiley Yuro, or even better, enjoyed one of his beautiful cocktails.

We’re excited to officially share that Yuro is stepping into the role of Functions & Restaurant Manager. Having been part of the Alida team for the past two years, we’re incredibly proud to see him continue to grow within the business.

With almost a decade of hospitality management experience, including 10 years working in Dubai, Yuro brings a genuine passion for hospitality, people and guest experience to the role. His experience working across diverse cultures has formed his warm approach to service and leadership, something both our team and guests know him for.

Yuro is also excited to continue building a long-term future here in Launceston alongside his family, while helping lead the amazing team around him (including our internationally skilled chefs who are passionate about showcasing Australian cuisine and connecting with our local community).
