BEYOND THE PASS - Dinner, Matched Wines, Q&A + Lifeline Tasmania Fundraiser with Analiese gregory at Stillwater
Join us for an important conversation with award-winning chef, television personality and author Analiese Gregory, unpacking the realities of working in the hospitality industry - and the role we all play in fostering mentally healthy, psychologically safe and genuinely supportive workplaces.
Hailed as one of the most exciting chefs of her generation, Analiese has worked in some of the world’s finest restaurants, including Le Meurice in Paris, Quay in Sydney, and Franklin Restaurant in Hobart. More recently, she traded her high-pressure restaurant career to open Lumachelle - a 10-seater dining room in southern Tasmania, serving weekend lunches of foraged, hunted and sustainably farmed food.
Along with Stillwater’s Bianca Welsh, Analiese will share insights from her decades of professional experience, exploring the unique pressures, stress and mental health considerations that come with working in an industry that is as rewarding as it is demanding.
Together, Bianca and Analiese will offer practical perspectives on cultivating hospitality environments where people feel safe and empowered to thrive.
Set in the Stillwater dining room, the evening includes Executive Chef Craig Will’s three-course dinner (shared entrée, and individual main and dessert), and matched wines generously donated by our friends at T&T Wine and Future Perfect Wine with each course.
In keeping with the spirit of the evening, members of the Stillwater kitchen team will step onto the floor, and front-of-house staff will swap service for the stove.
A raffle will be held on the night, with all proceeds going directly to lifelinetasmania .
