Tasmania’s Off Season makes winter the perfect time to enjoy world-class sparkling wine
alongside delicious snacks and your favourite company.
This winter, indulge in the simple ritual of early evening grazing for two at our intimate wine bar
on the banks of the Kanamaluka/Tamar River. From 5-6pm, enjoy a glass of premium
Tasmanian sparkling each, complemented by a selection of Stillwater snack favourites,
including house-baked sourdough, gnocco fritto with Parma ham and parmigiano reggiano, and
