🍷 Spring Vale Vineyard 🍷

The next stop on our w**e tour was the amazing Spring Vale Vineyard. As soon as you arrive, you can feel the deep family heritage of the Lyne family, who have farmed this beautiful property for five generations. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for Tasmanian w**e, the land and its culture could be felt from every member of their team.
We were warmly greeted by Alice in the cellar door and within no time at all we felt like friends rather than customers.
We were incredibly fortunate to be invited through for a barrel tasting, experiencing some of their finest w**es in their raw form. We were hosted by Matt their Chief w**emaker - a wonderfully humble man whose passion, knowledge and love for what he does became so evident as we spent time with him.
It was truly heartwarming, the whole experience was simply amazing and once again reminded us just how fortunate we are to stock and share both Spring Vale Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir with our Belly’s customers.

A huge thank you to Matt and Alice for your incredible warm welcome, your generosity, your knowledge and for showing us exactly why you love doing what you do.

We left with our arms full of beautiful w**e, a full heart, a deeper appreciation for Tasmanian w**es and even more pride in the w**es we are fortunate enough to represent 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

🎉 Happy Father's Day to all the Dads, Pops, Stepdads, Uncles and all the special men in our lives.

Today is your day........ so please take full advantage!

🚫 No mowing the lawns - that was yesterday's job!

🛠️ That shiny new tool you received - Absolutely DO NOT use it for work today! Take the out of the box, admire it, charge it!

🧦 Make room for those new socks - because Dad's sock drawer should have a strict 'one in one out' policy!

🍽️ When the dishes need doing, simply hang up your official 'Closed for Business' sign, or alternatively master the classic Dad technique of suddenly needing a nap 😴

But most importantly, please enjoy your day however you spend it with your nearest and dearest.

🍷 A Taste of Milton Vineyard.

Our w**e tour began along Tasmania’s beautiful East Coast and our very first stop was at the charming Milton Vineyard.
Steeped in family history, Milton Vineyard has been owned and run by the Dunbabin family since the purchased the property in 1980. What began with selling their grapes to Hardy’s for several years, eventually grew into their own vision, with the family launching the Milton Vineyard label in 2005.
Sampling their w**es was a tough job one we were up for, and our visit was made enjoyable by Gemma who warmly greeted and looked after us with our tastings. Kerry and Michael shared the story of the Vineyard and their w**e making journey.
Of course, after tasting the fruits of their labour, we took great pleasure in purchasing a bottle or two 🍾🍾
A heartfelt thank you to Gemma and to Kerry & Michael for taking the time to share the story, passion and history behind your beautiful Winery 🥂🍷

Sunday is always Funday, and this Sunday will be sure to be a knockout with Father's Day ( for those of you that it may have slipped your minds 😉).
If you haven't booked yet, please don't leave it to chance or fate.
