Dreaming of working right on the beach? 🌴

The Endeavour Tavern is gearing up for another busy summer, and we’re on the hunt for some hardworking legends to join our crew!

📍 Located beachfront in beautiful Lancelin, just 1.5 hours north of Perth.

WE’RE RECRUITING FOR:

🌊 DUTY MANAGER
We’re chasing an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who can keep things running smoothly, motivate the crew and deliver a great experience for our locals and visitors.

✔️ Previous hospitality leadership experience
✔️ Confident managing busy shifts and leading a team
✔️ Unrestricted WA Approved Manager Card (or willing to obtain before commencement)
✔️ Relevant compliance and food handling qualifications (or willing to obtain)

🍻 BAR & FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF
We’re looking for friendly, reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring great vibes and deliver exceptional customer service.

✔️ Current WA RSA (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Availability to work nights, split shifts, weekends & holidays
✔️ A positive attitude and strong work ethic

👨‍🍳 CHEFS
Love a busy kitchen and pumping out quality pub classics? We’re looking for passionate, experienced chefs to join our energetic kitchen team.

✔️ Strong kitchen experience and a passion for great food
✔️ Ability to thrive under pressure
✔️ Reliable, organised and a team player
✔️ A good sense of humour is always a bonus!
