We have a very special guest staying over tonight! David is raising funds for NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia, Australia’s only medical charity dedicated solely to supporting people affected by neuroendocrine cancer.

He has already travelled almost 3000kms on bicycle from Adelaide to Toowoomba! Now his journey is almost over. He has donated his bicycle and picked up a wheelbarrow and continues the journey from Toowoomba to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

MEET SARAH — THE ABSOLUTE QUEEN OF OUR KITCHEN! 👑

If you’ve eaten with us lately, there’s a very good chance Sarah has had something to do with the deliciousness coming out of our kitchen! 🔥🍽️

When she’s not behind the grill, you might find her tending to the smoker, wandering through the bistro saying hello to our lovely guests, or around the bar giving our regulars a healthy dose of cheek! 😂🍻

We’ve been incredibly busy lately, and this wonderful woman has absolutely outdone herself. She works her backside off, keeps the kitchen pumping and somehow still manages to do it all with a smile (and probably a smart comment or two 😜).

Sarah, we see you, we appreciate you, and we can’t thank you enough for everything you do! ❤️

Spring Carnival salad.

Celebrating the Lockyer Valley, the salad bowl of Queensland.

Roasted beetroot, pumpkin, pepitas, red onion, feta and sun-dried tomatoes finished with a house made dressing. Served with grilled chicken or pan fried prawns.
