Sue’s fired up the slow cooker for this chilly weather, serving up hearty beef and gravy rolls tomorrow, alongside our steak sangas, brewery burgers, and loaded toasties. The perfect excuse to escape the office for lunch.

🍌 IT’S BACK ON TAP! 🍻

After quickly becoming a crowd favourite and disappearing from the taps far too soon, our Hefeweizen German Wheat Beer has made its triumphant return!

Known to many locals simply as “Peter’s Banana Beer”, this small-batch brew delivers all the classic Hefeweizen character you’d expect – smooth, refreshing, and bursting with those signature banana and clove aromas that make this German style so distinctive.

If you missed it the first time around, now’s your chance. If you loved it the first time around, you already know what to do.

Available now at the brewery, but as we’ve learned before, it probably won’t hang around forever. Only available on tap 🍻

🍻 Throwback Tuesday

A perfect time to stumble across some old photos. Yesterday marked 20 years since Greg and Brigid Curran (aka Mum and Dad) bought the Sunshine Coast Brewery and brought it into our family.

Originally opened in 1998, Sunshine Coast Brewery was one of the OG Breweries on the Sunshine Coast, and we’re proud to still be pouring beers for locals and visitors all these years later.

While the folks are enjoying a very different pace of life these days, it’s been an honour to carry on the family legacy 🍻

Plenty has changed since this photo was taken, but some things haven’t — family ownership, a local community feel, and a commitment to brewing delicious, affordable craft beer.

Who remembers when the brewery was yellow? 💛🍺👀

Sue Chef is back from holidays and ready to take your tastebuds on a little getaway of their own. Alongside the usual favourites — steak sangas, loaded toasties and brewery burgers — this week’s special is a mouthwatering lamb souvlaki wrap.

The crew from One World Food Truck are back serving up their out-of-this-world menu this Friday. Think juicy burgers, hand-cut chips and their famous calamari that always goes down a treat with a cold beer.
