OUR DINING ROOM OPENS TONIGHT

We're excited to welcome guests back for another winter season.

Our award-winning dining room offers a daily-changing Table d'Hôte menu, showcasing the best produce we can get our hands on and the flavours our kitchen loves to cook.

This year, Executive Chef Mark Bunter (also from Cocina) has revisited some of the most-loved dishes from his nine seasons at the hotel. Together with Head Chef Tod and our talented kitchen brigade, they are serving up a menu that celebrates the favourites our guests keep asking for year after year.

And on tonight's menu is one dessert we've never managed to take off...
