Join us for a very special evening at The Killy as we bring together a beautifully curated menu of authentic French dishes, each dish perfectly paired with exceptional local wines.

Indulge in a beautifully crafted menu curated and prepared by our guest chef, Erica Crowther. Erica brings an extraordinary depth of culinary experience. Her career spans iconic venues such as the Stokehouse and Big Mouth in St Kilda, and reaches the highest levels of fine dining - including cooking for the Queen Mother at Cliveden House. She has worked alongside Michelin Chef, Marco Pierre White and her career spans cooking for an impressive list of distinguished guests: Sir Elton John, Madonna, Tom Hanks, Princes Harry & William and Sir Richard Branson, to name just a few.

This exceptional menu will be perfectly paired with premium local wines from Fleet Wines, Leongatha - whose elegant, cool climate varietals complement Erica’s French flavours beautifully.
