The second Kelp & Casks event is on Wednesday 10 June, featuring pours from Distillery.
Hunnington Distillery is an award-winning family business overlooking Deadman’s Point, just outside Kettering, Tasmania. Their spirits are handcrafted using premium local ingredients, including pure Tasmanian rainwater and organic botanicals grown on their property and nearby farms.
This spirited evening pairs Hunnington’s distinctive drops with Kelp Bar’s premium seafood menu, featuring fresh hook-to-plate catch and seasonal bites from the Executive Chef. Tastings will be hosted by the distillers themselves, making it a great experience for both whisky connoisseurs and curious newcomers.
