What a night... and we did it again! 💪

At 4pm, a group of 20 travellers and caravan guests booked dinner at . Thanks to Desi giving us plenty of notice, the Com Viet kitchen had time to prep, and it made all the difference.

A big shout-out to Desi and our junior FOH, Riley, who ran back and forth between the two venues all night—taking orders, serving meals, and looking after every single guest with a smile. Watching our young team grow in confidence is just as rewarding as serving great food.

There were only 2 diners at Com Viet, but our kitchen still cooked around 50 meals for the night! Busy behind the scenes, with every meal going out with the same care and pride.
