Spider-Man cake with cute matching cupcakes for Jordon's preschool class.
My customer provided the Spider-Man toy which was a little too big to go on top so he just stood guard as chief candle holder man for the number '4' candle I'd made. And no, he's not twerking in that position lol

6" vanilla cake with delicious cookies n cream filling, finished off with an edible image, made by me, & Jordon's name in Spider-Man font.
Cupcakes were also vanilla with cookies n cream frosting and custom edible images, made by me, on top.

With no icing sheets in sight these images were printed directly onto fondant. Yes, with edible ink! šŸ¤Ŗ
These cookies were made for a celebration of life service & feature the man's favourite paintings which were on display at the service. A special touch for a beautiful tribute.

What an honour it was to be asked to make this special birthday cake. The whole setup at the event was absolutely stunning!

The top tier was carrot cake & the bottom was churro inspired, layered & covered with brown sugar & maple Swiss meringue buttercream, overlayed with fondant. It's been a long time since I've covered a whole cake with fondant so I was (mostly) happy with how it turned out. But the reaction I got upon delivery was the best part šŸ„° It always is.

Opening ceremony cake for Kingdom Farm Butchery. They're located in Gulgong & have the most delicious meat, it melts in your mouth. Well worth a trip there to get fresh premium grass-fed Angus beef and organic grass-fed goat meat. You can find them at 21 Shepherds Lane Gulgong. And they deliver! Gulgong, Mudgee, Dubbo & Sydney. This cake was a rather large 9" x 13" filled with delicious zesty lime curd & my go-to buttercream to offset the tang. The inside was green to fit in with their colour scheme.

96 cupcakes (4 x boxes) plus 100 cookies for a friends combined 50th & her daughters 18th. I wish I'd have gotten a photo with everything in but by the time I got out the back for dessert not much was left! I've never seen almost 100 cupcakes go so fast in all my life lol About 5 mins & they were gone! Was a wonderful evening though šŸ˜Š
