Holly go Lightly, in Jindabyne, is Looking for an experienced hands on head chef to take on leadership of our kitchen operations and drive quality during our fast paced services.

A well loved and established business in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, Hollys has a reputation for busy nights, and great burgers!

Position available for start in May/immediate. Ideally looking for year round, but open to winter season applications.

•38hrs/week
•Level 6 hospitality award pay
•Management of stock, inventory and food costs
•Food prep and time management
•Leadership of other casual employees

•Experience in similar busy environment
•Strong leadership & communication
•Solid understanding of food safety & inventory management
