❄️ SOCIAL BOWLS HAS MOVED TIMESLOTS FOR WINTER! ❄️

To help beat the winter chill, Jerilderie Bowls Club Social Bowls will now be played on Saturdays at 1pm throughout the winter months instead of Thursday evenings.

Same great social atmosphere, same friendly competition, just a warmer time of day to enjoy it!

Whether you’re a seasoned bowler or have never picked up a bowl before, everyone is welcome to come along, have a roll and enjoy an afternoon at the club.

Jerilderie Bowls Tournament, 24.05.26

A fantastic day with 42 bowlers taking to the greens and plenty of spectators enjoying the atmosphere throughout the day.

It was great to see so many teams come into town on Saturday night, with bowlers spotted around the pubs and the Club, creating a wonderful buzz across Jerilderie all weekend. It was also great to see some of Jerilderie’s finest take on some of the best bowlers from around the region in a day of terrific competition.

A huge thank you to our naming rights sponsor, ORIGIN ENERGY, for their valued support of this tournament.

Big shout out also to all of our amazing helpers and volunteers who made the day run so smoothly, and to the Sports Club for providing lunch for everyone.

The entire day was a huge success and a real reminder that many hands make light work.

Visiting players commented on the quality of our greens and the fantastic atmosphere around the club — something we can all be proud of.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success! 🏆

⛳️ A big thanks to everyone who supported the Origin Charity Golf Day. With a full field of golfers and incredible community backing, the event raised over $5000 for two local causes the Jerilderie Hospital Auxiliary and Lord Mayor’s Children’s Portsea Camp.

The funds will help purchase vital medical equipment for the local hospital and support young people to attend camp next summer.

It was great to see such strong local support, with positive feedback and fun atmosphere on the day. Thanks again to everyone involved - Origin are proud to support the Jerilderie community. 🏆

The Jerilderie Golf Tournament was another outstanding & friendly weekend, with the course going up another notch, playing beautifully throughout the three days of competition.

Congratulations to all winners across the three days, and thank you to all players who competed and contributed to the tournament.

We also thank our sponsors and volunteers for their support in delivering a fantastic three days of golf, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to the annual Jerilderie Golf Tournament in 2027 ⛳️
