Sous vide explained!
Sous vide is a cooking method whereby food is sealed in a bag and cooked in a temperature-controlled water bath.
Why is it so good? The food is cooked uniformly from edge to edge and remains moist and flavoursome. A quick sear in a hot pan before serving adds a crisp, brown crust.
Where can I try it? This weekend, our lamb and chicken main courses are both cooked ‘sous vide’. Come in and taste it for yourself!
