The fire is lit.🔥 This Off Season, Pearl + Co turns up the heat with our EMBER Menu, launching Thursday 7th May and running every Thursday night through winter.
As the sun sets over Victoria Dock, we’ll be firing up the outdoor grill on the deck, serving a rotating selection of smoked oysters, scallops, octopus, blue eye trevalla skewers and southern rock lobster, alongside the best of seasonal Tasmanian produce, all cooked over open flame.
Settle in with our $89 feast menu or graze your way through a few favourites. Pair it with a line-up of fire-inspired winter cocktails and keep an eye out for our monthly winemaker collaborations with Pooley wines, bringing exceptional local drops straight to your table.
