Our Ember Cellar event with Pooley Wines is on this Thursday the 28th May!
Hosted by Matt Pooley, enjoying a tasting flight package featuring four of Pooley's premium cool-climate wines, and hear tales of the vine straight from the producer himself.

Enjoy a guided tasting of four exceptional Pooley wines, presented in person by Matt Pooley, offering direct insight into the craftsmanship and character of Tasmania’s cool-climate wines. The Ember Menu will be in full flame, offering seasonal seafood cooked over flame on Pearl’s outdoor deck, with a full range of recommended dishes to match the showcased wines. Pearl's full à la carte menu is also available for all your favourite dishes.

The fire is lit.🔥 This Off Season, Pearl + Co turns up the heat with our EMBER Menu, launching Thursday 7th May and running every Thursday night through winter.

As the sun sets over Victoria Dock, we’ll be firing up the outdoor grill on the deck, serving a rotating selection of smoked oysters, scallops, octopus, blue eye trevalla skewers and southern rock lobster, alongside the best of seasonal Tasmanian produce, all cooked over open flame.

Settle in with our $89 feast menu or graze your way through a few favourites. Pair it with a line-up of fire-inspired winter cocktails and keep an eye out for our monthly winemaker collaborations with Pooley wines, bringing exceptional local drops straight to your table.
