Meet Mark - one of the chefs behind your mornings at Embers ☀️

Mark started cooking as a child, helping his parents in the kitchen, and it’s that same love for home-cooked food and making people happy that led him to become a chef.

For Mark, it’s simple: food is about smiles. Whether he’s perfecting a breakfast favourite or tossing pizza dough with confidence (a skill he learned from his teammates along the way), what matters most is how it makes you feel.

He hopes every plate leaves you feeling happy, satisfied and comfortable - just like those childhood meals that inspired him in the first place.

Making food every day still excites and motivates him… and we think you can taste that in every bite. 🍳
