The South Seas Cocktail Lounge is the culmination of a long held plan by Colin and Francesca to open a dedicated cocktail bar in Hobart, Tasmania. Tucked away on the Hobart waterfront, the intimate bar space captures the feel of a small seafaring bar with a tropical South Seas atmosphere. The South Seas specialises in cocktails from the classics through to authentic exotic cocktails from the 1930s
