We’re committed to donating $1000 to seven different charities including UNICEF Australia, Hobart Women’s Shelter, Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders), Endometriosis Australia, Motor Neurone Disease Australia, Lifeline Tasmania & the Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania.

There’ll be a giant bottle of Meursault by the glass, loads of donated wine for sale, dancing & and a few auction items. We’re committed to donating $1000 to seven different charities including UNICEF Australia, Hobart Women’s Shelter, Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders), Endometriosis Australia, Motor Neurone Disease Australia, Lifeline Tasmania & the Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania.

Introducing Sonny Limoncello, proudly made for us by Jack Lark. We’ve chatted for years about a recipe that has complexity & bitterness. Lemons are from West Hobart & Sandy Bay, with grapefruit & bay leaves for a lovely bittersweet finish. Thanks to Jack & Al’s mums for help with the tasting, bottling & hand waxing. Thanks to Cami for the individual Rolling Stones labels- cut and designed by hand also. 🍋 🍋 🍋

Chef is heading off to explore the world after Dark M**o, so a special position is available for a qualified chef at Sonny in a few weeks, with an excellent team. Part time to begin the transition, leading to full time.
