Join us for an afternoon of storytelling and flavour as Ghillie shares tales from her new book, Food Whisky Life—a memoir that weaves together stories of remote living in the Highlands of Scotland, culinary adventures, and the soulful pairing of food and whisky.

Guests will enjoy four LARK single malt whiskies, each paired with a dish crafted in collaboration between Ghillie and The Still kitchen team.

On Saturday, October 4th, The Still will host an exclusive tasting event showcasing every single cask release to date from LARK’s Wilderness Collection.

Join Bill Lark and the makers behind The Wilderness Collection as you savour the past five Single Cask releases. Each paired with crafted small plates by Still chef Benjamin Co-Pavier. Paired snacks will be inspired by the wild elemental beauty of Tasmania, and the bold flavours of these rare single cask, single malts.

For collectors, complete sets of the Earth and Sky Chapters will be made available for purchase.
