You may have noticed a few changes in the restaurant over the last few months, including the return of these two familiar faces 😁
We are incredibly proud to welcome Dan and Shaka back to Cultura, this time not only as key leaders in the kitchen and venue, but also as part of the ownership team.
After many years of service, both the guys left to expand on their experience and knowledge within the industry. Now they have returned to continue growing their careers while helping shape the future of Cultura.
This begins a new chapter for Cultura, which quietly turned 15 years old back in December.
Over the past few months we have been busy behind the scenes introducing new equipment, refreshed menus, and improved systems, all designed to ensure we continue delivering amazing, consistent and delicious dining experiences always grounded in the warmth and generosity of true Italian hospitality.🇮🇹
We have introduced some small changes in our trading hours, so please check out our website or google for updated info. We have also introduced our Aperitivo Happy Hour, with more development on that

I am immensely proud of these two amazing humans and super excited to welcome them to the ownership team.
As we embark on our new chapter, a special thank you must go to our previous Head Chef of 9 years, John Martinez along with my parents, Gino and Giovanna for their wonderful support and contribution over the years.
Looking ahead, we have an exciting renovation planned, and the restaurant will be closed from 30 March until 7 April while we complete the works. More updates on this will be shared soon.💚
