Captain Blighs Monthly Tasting Bar third Friday of every month. Colonial Ale produced as it was under the Colonial laws of the 1800's. Malt, hops, yeast and water. How easy?

British Empire purity laws of four ingredients. All produce has to be grown locally. Great Barley, Premium Hops and water that's the envy of the world right on the doorstep. This is what makes a great Ale. Tasmania's rich apple growing history dates back to 1788, when Captain William Bligh planted Australia's first apple tree at Adventure Bay, Bruny Island. Using produce sourced from this very region, Captain Blighs sets out to produce heritage cider, using 100% Tasmanian apples. Argh

Our mates at Dark M**o have bumped into the building next door. Not going to try a pronounce the name 😂 but should be cool. So if you are getting your art on, pop on in and try a rum. Or a beer, whisky etc. And hang around for a few live tunes with the brilliant Brett Collidge.

As we run aground with our Cask strength Single rum ‘Adventure Bay’, we are happy to announce a NEW RUM. We will be launching ‘BRISTOL FASHION’ on this Friday night and invite you all to be at the front of the line. Also available each Saturday at our stall (246) at Salamanca Markets and we are doing tastings at our next MONTHLY TASTING BAR on Friday 19th of June -4-10pm. Yep, a second new Rum.
