We’re proud to showcase Hunter Island Wh**ky
The soul of Tasmanian wh**ky, handcrafted and triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

🥃 Special guest Damian Mackey – owner and distiller at Hunter Island will be behind the bar, sharing the secrets of triple distillation, rich stories of Tasmanian wh**ky, and pouring drams with passion.

🥃 Distilled: August 2017
🛢️ Aged: 7 years in a 225L French Oak ex-Pinot Noir cask
📅 Bottled: September 2024
🔥 ABV: 46.1% (Unflocked & Unfiltered)
🍷 Yield: Only 379 bottles

Sullivans Cove French Oak is legendary. This style put Australian wh**ky on the world map, winning World’s Best Single Cask Wh**ky at the World Whiskies Awards in 2014 & 2019.

Expect an elegant, fruit-driven, and complex wh**ky, where deep w**e cask influences meet rich oak character. As a single cask bottling, this is a one-of-a-kind experience.
