🥃 Special guest Damian Mackey – owner and distiller at Hunter Island will be behind the bar, sharing the secrets of triple distillation, rich stories of Tasmanian whisky, and pouring drams with passion.

🛢️ Aged: 7 years in a 225L French Oak ex-Pinot Noir cask
📅 Bottled: September 2024
🔥 ABV: 46.1% (Unflocked & Unfiltered)
🍷 Yield: Only 379 bottles

Sullivans Cove French Oak is legendary. This style put Australian whisky on the world map, winning World’s Best Single Cask Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards in 2014 & 2019.

Expect an elegant, fruit-driven, and complex whisky, where deep wine cask influences meet rich oak character. As a single cask bottling, this is a one-of-a-kind experience.

Robbie Browns presents The Patriarch Drive Whisky Crawl Explore a range of premium Tasmanian Single Malt Whiskies that have been produced right in the heart of Kingston.

Patriarch Drive - Huntingfield, just South of Hobart, is the home of 3 well-known Tasmanian Whisky Producers - Overeem, Heartwood and White Label Distillery (Huntingfield Whisky).

We're bringing these renowned producers together for a unique tasting event where you will hear from the makers, while enjoying a range of their hand-selected whiskies.

Overeem Whisky: Established in 2005, Overeem is one of Tasmania's original and benchmark single malts. This independent, family-run distillery has been producing world-class whisky for nearly two decades.

Heartwood Whisky: Known for its deep, complex flavours, Heartwood is crafted by Tim and his son Louis, who carefully select the finest barrels and blend malt spirit from across Tasmania and mainland Australia. Each sip offers a distinctive tasting experience.

Huntingfield Whisky: A new addition to the Tasmanian whisky scene, Huntingfield offers a meticulously crafted single malt, representing a fresh chapter in the island’s whisky legacy.
