Blended the fermented chillies today. Made three flavour bombs. I fermented chillies with garlic ginger leeks onion pinaaple mangoes, which gave the fermentation a distinctive flavour, which was very good by itself but very hot so i have to balance it with vinegar and sugar . I Also play around with different ingredients , which gave the sauce very distinctive taste profile, very delicious, available but not much very limited. Shelve time more than year but plz store it in the refrigerator 1 degree to 4 degrees. Get yours soon before it runs out.
