Got these hot sauce and Chili oil from Nepal. It is all made in Nepal but m not sure they are made using all the nepali grown products. But yup they taste amazing i have tried the mango hot sauce, original and the chilli oil. They are amazing 👏 Malta®️. the packaging is good. Overall rating is 9/10

Something new is coming ladies and gentlement. But before let me explain something......While my recent visit back to my country Nepal i end up going to Lesherpamarket. The reason for it was my curiosity to know how we as a nepal grow our food, what is the sole and attitude of the farmers, producers, entrepreneurs who are giving their best to make or let's say do what they do the best. It was just amazing and fascinating, me myself haven't tried to see or turn these chapter of nepal before. But for the love for food and produce it was a great experience that I collected while I was their. I got to meet the farmers who are there working in ground zero to people who are giving the meaning to those produce by creating something delicious and special, amazing entrepreneurs who are taking the simple produce and making beautiful commercial products which are made in nepal grown in nepal with the best of their expertise. It was amazing and I got to learn and know that nepal 🇳🇵 is getting there. I get to know beautiful people who I'm looking forward to work with. So ya that's the story and something new is comming soon please do help by sharing and following my insta page . 🙏 namastey

Simple cheap dinner for wednesday and thursday. All the groceries are from woolworths.
Wednesday:- cast iron pan grilled beef chuck with Peas kosho butter sauce and simple pressure cooked whole potatoes and fresh cucumber.
Thursday:- 1 day marinated chicken thigh cutlet (skin, bone on) cooked in air fryer, pressure cooked corn and pumpkin made into emulsion, pressure cooked carrot and finished in air fryer for a bit of char and lastly pressure cooked whole potatoes with peanut chilli oil.
The chilli oil is from nepal its called Malta follow them in insta Malta®️ , it is pretty amazing stuff they have got hot sauce also, i will try that soon.

34 days lacto fermented rocoto chillies (one of chillies that can hold the cold weather of tasmania and grows best ) with garlic, Parilla leafs 🍃, koji, red onion. Blended the ferment with sugar and grape w**e vinegar to balance the heat of the chilli. Amazing result 👏👌🙌👍❤️💙
