So, how to start saying it?

The vibe, the faces, the excitement, the hard work, the compliments and the feeling.

Ah.. the feeling. Something that we will never forget about.

And also the hard work, long hours planning, long hours standing and running around.

But the vibe of the festival, all the faces, all the compliments. The passion we had for it every-single-moment.

Omg, how to describe?

We don’t know. We don’t have enough words.

What a memorable 5 days.

We’re completely stunned with the vibe of the Feast! Every detail, every smile, every word of encouragement and complements, REALLY filled our hearts!

Traditional Brazilian slow cooked black beans and pork stew served with white rice, toasted cassava flour and fresh orange slices. A full Brazilian feast!

Our vegan option comes with pulled jackfruit, mushrooms, banana blossom and carrots. 🤤

If you think winter is the best time for good food, we’ve made it even better for you!

FEIJOADA is the symbol of the Brazilian cuisine. It can be served in so many ways but OCA has chosen the most traditional way to warm up your night at the festival!

Served with white rice, farofa - seasoned & toasted cassava flour - and fresh oranges, this black bean delight is cooked for long hours together with the richest parts of the pork becoming this silky, velvety and rich stew!

And don’t worry, VEGATARIANS and VEGANS are safe too! We will have a special version made with jackfruit, banana blossom, carrots and mushroom.

I know right? I won’t miss it out too ✌🏾

There we go, a Brazilian barbecue classic!

Those amazing little chicken hearts are grilled in open flame and really well cured with onion, garlic, lemon and chilli!

Such a traditional and tasty dish, we just couldn’t left it out of the biggest feast in Tasmania!

Bring it on , we can’t wait to break the taboo!

Most of you know our little favourite already - and of course it wouldn’t be out of !

Our dear cubes will be served at the festival just how you love it: fried HALLOUMI and TAPIOCA topped with guava sweet chilli sauce.

I know right: the-sound-of-perfection 😂

But seriously, the taste + the texture makes THE CUBE so remarkable that I’m sure you won’t forget about it. It will be on the top of your favourites for a long time 🤍
