Good Morning Everyone

Since the weather event in Hervey Bay on Sunday March 9 we have worked hard to continue service at Smokey Joe's for our hotel guests and community.

Sadly, the time has now come to close our doors until necessary repairs to our little restaurant are completed.

We are still open for hotel guest breakfasts, but these will look a little different to how they once were.

Please understand that this was an extremely but necessary decision to make and have to thank the hard work of our staff that have worked tirelessly since that Sunday morning.

Our hotel received extensive damage during this morning’s weather event, despite our very best efforts to hold water back.

All of our guests and staff are safe but we have no electricity.

We will be closed until further notice.
