MEET THE TEAM

Meet Scarlet.

Since joining the Barklys team in 2024, Scarlet has worked her way into a senior staff role, working across all areas of the pub, including as our b**r garden and functions supervisor.

Almost finished with her Bachelor of Nursing, Scarlet keeps herself busy outside of Barklys with travelling, yoga, festivals and anything in the ocean — surfing and diving included.

Her go-to order? A Spicy Marg and the chilli beef stir-fry.

A fun fact about Scarlet? She has a habit of getting herself into travel pickles. From missing flights to crashing her motorbike in Indonesia… twice!

Or, going back to the beginning, on her very first shift at Barklys, she dropped two meals on the floor and still managed to get the job!
