Hampton W**e Co is a collaboration between Glenn Mill, Pierre Geoffroy, and Jarrod Amos in the Kitchen. We look forward to meeting you! HWC

The three of them met while working at the then, 3 Hat Restaurant which was Jacques Reymond Restaurant. After collectively working there for 14 years combined, the boys branched out, and kept furthering their knowledge, and passion for food and w**e through new environments, different workplaces, and travelling. After a 2 year search for the right space, the three of them finally stumbled upon 444 Hampton Street, and Hampton W**e Co was born. A classically European influenced w**e bar and Boutique bottle shop, with great food to match, and informed polished service. This platform enables them to share their passion of food and w**e, with the people of Bayside and beyond.

Oh what a night! A very special thank you to all the attendees at our sold out Ch*****ne Masterclass on Saturday. Best way so spend a Saturday we say. Six premier cru champagnes and pairings, a buzz of conversation mixed in with some easy going education about the world most revered sparkling w**e. One last bit of business left, drawing the winner of the priceless bottle of Cuvée R signed by the w**emaker Charles Fourny. Congratulations to Ken! We will be in touch for you to collect your prize!

Next up our final masterclass of the year. A Taste of New Zealand with acclaimed Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and of course Sauvignon Blanc

To celebrate Ch*****ne Day, we’ll be pouring two Ch*****nes by the glass - until sold out.

🥂 One is made from 100% Chardonnay - fresh, crisp and elegant, with delicate citrus notes. 🥂 The other is Pinot Noir-led - a little richer, fruitier and beautifully rounded.

Two different styles, two reasons to raise a glass.

Join us on the 24th of Oct, for an evening of smooth jazz with Ken & Hermann, bringing beautiful piano and double bass sounds to Hampton W**e Co from 5-8pm.

Great music, beautiful bubbles and good company sounds like our kind of Saturday.

We’re shutting up shop for the big day, so Friday’s when we’re pouring. Long aperitif hour 2-6PM: Select $10 w**es, $14 cocktails, $9 b**rs. Small plates galore. Looks like it’s decent weather too!

Hosting people for the big game on Saturday? Pop in to get a takeaway of something a little special. Italian, South African, French, Spanish, New Zealand and all the great Aussie regions take your pick!

Have you ever met a w**emaker ? A great one is coming to us tomorrow🍷

Thursday 17 September, Doug Lilburne of Mise en Place brings 5 of his w**es and takes over our w**e list.

He makes w**e in a shed in Steels Creek, an hour up the road. Chef first — New York kitchens — before Sonoma and the Yarra turned him into a w**emaker. Farms organic. Twice a Young Gun of W**e finalist.

Five w**es on pour, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Pinot Noir and a Shiraz-Grenache. $10 to taste all 5.

No lectern. No tasting sheet. Just the bloke who made it, standing right there, happy to answer anything.

6–9pm. Bookings recommended via the link in bio. Walk ins subject to space.
