Our bountiful camellia trees are bursting into flower, filling the gardens with colour and creating a feast for our local bees. Watch for a moment and you’ll see them busily foraging for nectar, moving from bloom to bloom as the garden hums quietly around them. There is always something happening here, something flowering, fluttering, growing or simply enjoying the sunshine.

Our gardens are so much more than a beautiful backdrop to a round of golf or lunch at the café. They are a living, changing part of the adventure and a truly special place to spend a little time. Wander slowly, linger longer, notice the tiny things and let nature do what it does best - make the world feel just a little more beautiful. 🌸🐝

We're looking for someone who loves creating fresh, wholesome, exciting café food and wants the freedom to bring their own ideas to the table.

This isn't about walking into a huge brigade or inheriting someone else's complicated kitchen.

It's a hands-on role with a small team, an established café, loyal regulars and strong holiday trade – with the opportunity to *grow the food offering and build your own team as the business develops.*
