3 years in business, having more than double the numbers of events from our first year. This is thanks to all of you for sharing our mission of elevated bar service with your friends and family.

Planning to supply your own drinks for your wedding or event? That’s what we call Dry Hire — you bring the drinks, and we bring the team and the know‑how to make it all run smoothly.
Dry hire can absolutely save you money, but only when you plan it right. Here’s your go‑to guide to keep the drinks flowing and the stress low:
🍹 How much will guests drink?
Guests typically enjoy 1–2 drinks in the first hour, then 1 drink per hour after.
For 100 guests over 4–5 hours, plan for 400–500 total drinks.
🥂 Suggested Breakdown (per 100 guests)
Beer: ~200 bottles/cans
Wine: ~70 bottles
30 red
20 sparkling
20 white
Spirits: ~15 bottles (700ml) → roughly 15–20 drinks per bottle
🧊 Don’t forget the essentials:
Glasses: 6–8 per person
Ice: 35–50kg per 100 guests
Garnishes: lemons, limes etc
Water: hydration matters
Waste: who’s handling rubbish
Experienced staff: choose a team that fits your vibe (hi, that’s us)

To keep service seamless, your bar area must be fully set up before our team arrives to serve. This ensures we can get straight to pouring without delays.
