Established in late 2014, the 90 Mile Wines cellar door, the Wharf Barrel Shed, is an exciting venture for the Goolwa Wharf Precinct. Situated right in the heart of the well established wine region of the Fleurieu Peninsula, it provides the perfect outlet for our premium range of wines. The name '90 Mile Wines' is derived from the beach which runs from where the River Murray meets the Southern Oce

an along the Coorong to the vineyards of the south east of South Australia. We also promote many different brands of local craft beers, food and produce, and have live music every weekend. The Wharf Barrel Shed encapsulates everything we believe in at 90 Mile Wines - enjoying top quality food and drink in a relaxed, friendly and happy atmosphere. See you down on the wharf soon...

Cor blimey it’s a bloody big long weekend at your favourite ‘battle cruiser’ coming up…

Live tunes Saturday and Sunday 2-5pm. Unfortunately we’re fully booked for trivia but you can easily sneak a cheeky Friday arvo pint in if you need. Bookings on 85555678 and are highly recommended.

🇬🇧 Fun Fact: King Charles opened our building back in 1988 and we’ve let him know he’s looooong overdue for a bar shout🤞👑

The results from our long running Social Club poll are in and we finally have a date for our first Wine Bar Choir with singing teacher Charlotte Robinson from You Can Sing!

🗣️ Thursday July 30 from 6pm. $15 p.p.

Come along, have a wine (or three) and learn a harmony from a song that the group performs together at the end. Each night will be 1 song, maybe 2 if we have time. Zero singing ability required, this is supposed to be for beginners too!

This has had big interest, so book your spot on 85555678 if you like a bit of a sing song! 🎶

As of next week and through Winter we will now be closed Monday AND Tuesdays until further notice. Our other trading hours remain the same.

There are many reasons for this. Get out and support your local hospo (and other) small businesses when/while you can. Times are tough, let’s stick together.

This would have to be the most frustrating board game of all time. If you know you know.

Our next South Coast Board Gamers night is tomorrow night (Wednesday) from 6-8pm, or earlier if you want. It’s a great group of locals, and they always welcome new members, so head over to their page and click the event link!

🎨 We’re excited to be launching the first solo exhibition of another local artist, Nancy Stockmann.

🌸 Nancy will be talking about her art and her exhibition ~ Botanical Illusions ~ from 1pm this Sunday at the official opening. Swing past for a look (and a glass), because we’d love to have as many as we can in the house supporting local arts and artists!

🎶 Stay on for Leaton Rose just quietly, on the tunes from 2-5pm, if lazy Sunday arvo’s is your thing…

Our Starry Night & The Great Wave paint and sip events with artist Ellie St George both sold out so fast, we thought it best to line up a third masterpiece for Saturday June 27. And they don’t come more ‘masterpiecey’ than this…

We’ll be recreating the iconic ‘The Scream’ by Edvard Munch. Tickets can be purchased by clicking the link ⬇️

Slow down, sip, and create your own expressive masterpiece in an elegant social setting.

Forget chocolates or shonky roadside flowers, book a table for Mother’s Day this Sunday, and we’ll shout Mum a glass of bubbles or El Desperado wine to say thanks. Marcio Freitas will be singing all of Mum’s favourite tunes from 2pm as well.

Table bookings are filling up quick and the weather is looking a bit suss, so to avoid disappointment we recommend you call us on 8555 5678.

Mum deserves a nice day out after putting up with your crap her whole life. It’s the least you could do… 🤔🥂

Recently we were saddened to learn of the sudden passing of one of our long time patrons, Bob Bush. Along with his West Highland terrier companion Queenie, he was a constant presence in both our venues, dating right back to our beginning on the wharf in 2014.

A man of few words, he was a customer who felt like part of our furniture.

Bob’s family have arranged a small celebration of life at the bar this Thursday afternoon from 4pm, and we invite anyone wishing to raise a glass in honour of Bob’s life to drop by (Queenie will also be there for pats).

Vale Robert (Bob) Joel Bush.
