We are seeking talented and fun Kitchen Superstars for multiple Chef and Kitchen positions at our Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Operation at the Gold Coast Airport.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to prepare all mise-en-place and contribute to the venue's targets.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

Ensure consistent, high-quality food production, in line with the standards required by Airport Retail Enterprises.

Contribute to kitchen revenue through effective adherence to recipe guidelines
Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross contamination.

Maintain food safety plan procedures and duties.

Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.

Comply with airport security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.

Be aware of restaurant targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.

Bring new and 'on trend' menu ideas forward for implementation.

Experience and skills required:

Preferably with a background in quality bistros / restaurants
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment

We are seeking a Storeperson at our Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Operation at the Gold Coast Airport.
Tasks include;
• receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
• unloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents
• operating computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock
• labelling goods with details of storage location
• packing and weighing goods and sealing boxes
• operating machines to lift, place and remove goods on high levels
• operating specialised equipment, such as manually and electronically guided order pickers, and checking goods off picking list
• assisting with regular stocktakes
• may use materials handling equipment, such as hydraulic pallet lifters and hand trucks, to move goods
