🔥 MAY’HEM IN THE GARDEN – EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT THIS MAY

Fire, flavour, and a little bit of chaos – only in Glenrowan.

This May, The BBQ Garden is hosting a month-long series of Friday night feasts, smoky challenges, and local flavour celebrations.
Every Friday from 6PM–8PM, we’re dishing up something wild – from hot wings and whisky to reverse-seared steak and art-fuelled Prosecco nights.

Fri 2nd May – Hot Wings Night
Smoked wings, fiery sauces & the Blair’s Death Sauce Challenge. No mercy. Just wings.

Fri 9th May – BBQ x Barking Owl Spirits
Tasting night with Barking Owl Distillery – spirits + BBQ pairings ($40pp, bookings essential).

Fri 16th May – Reverse Sear Steak & Glenrowan Whisky
Thick-cut steak, cowboy butter, and the debut pour of Glenrowan Whisky.

Fri 23rd May – King River Estate Night
Wine tastings, firelight, Milawa Cheese, and good King Valley vibes.

Fri 30th May – The 3 Ps: Prosecco, Prints & Paella
Local art, big pan BBQ paella, and bubbly from King River Estate.

We’re bringing out the full arsenal of Blair’s Death Sauces — Sudden, Instant, Crystal, Pure, Ultra, Before, After, Original, Sweet and Mango.

And to top it off, we’re unleashing the Burn Sauces 3 Million Scoville Extract.
This isn’t heat — it’s straight-up punishment.
