One of our guests popped up to OMATS for a solo steak dinner on a one night stay in town, and left raving about it. Friendly, happy staff, an Angus reserve steak seasoned and cooked to perfection, and that "brief moment of heaven" with every bite.

Gin lovers, this one's for you 🍸✨

Ginstronomy is back for its fifth year, and it's happening just downstairs at Bob's Boutique Bar. We're bringing together four ridiculously good WA distillers, 30 Knots, Wandering Distillery, Wild Road Spirits and Sin Gin, so you can meet the makers, swap stories and taste your way through gins you won't find anywhere else.

Oh, and did we mention each gin comes paired with a dish from our chefs, designed to make every sip even better? Yeah, it's that kind of night.

Here's the move: sunset drinks up here at OMATS, then head downstairs for the main event. Want to really commit? Book a room upstairs at The Gerald and stay the night, because the only decision you should have to make is which gin to try next.
