Ginstronomy is back for its fifth year 🍸

Get ready to immerse yourself in the magical world of gin. Ginstronomy brings together some of WA’s best distillers, giving you the chance to meet the makers behind the bottle and hear the stories, botanicals and craft that go into every drop.

Each gin is perfectly paired with a curated menu created by our talented chefs, making for a night of flavour, education and plenty of laughs along the way.

Now in its fifth year, Ginstronomy has become one of the most loved nights on our calendar, and this one is set to be the biggest yet.

Geraldton's own Luke Harris, fresh off finishing top 6 on MasterChef Australia, has teamed up with The Gerald's Head Chef Rodi Aasma to create two specials for the Bob's Boutique Bar menu. Taste what all the hype is about.

🍖 Luke's Beef Bourguignon - $38
Tender beef shortribs served on pomme purée, with fluffy focaccia and whipped horseradish.

🍸 The Ultimate G&T - $24
A Gin & Tonic inspired dessert, featuring a raspberry and juniper parfait paired with a basil juniper granita.

Available now at Bob's Boutique Bar, right up until Dinner with Luke on 5th September.
