There is no better place to watch the sun go down than at the club. Starting on Friday, 28 August from 6:00 PM, we invite all members to join us every week at the clubrooms for our regular Friday social night.

It is the perfect, relaxed setting to catch up with old friends, meet new members and unwind after the working week.🍷

The Details
Drinks: the club bar will be fully open.
Food: BYO—feel free to bring your own platters, picnic baskets, or local takeaway.

No RSVP needed. Just come along, bring your dinner, and enjoy the atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you there! ⛵

Calling all members! It’s that time of the year again. Our Annual General Meeting is just around the corner, and we need your voice, your ideas, and your passion for sailing to help steer us.

Whether you are a seasoned member, a social member, or new to the club, your input matters.

The Georgetown Town Yacht Club would like to sincerely thank Tania and her team, The Missing Piece, for the outstanding work they have done over the past few years. They have provided fantastic meals for fundraising events, catered numerous club functions, and supported our working bees with great dedication and enthusiasm.
We would also like to acknowledge Andrew for his significant contribution to the club, particularly his work on the club pontoon and the many other jobs he has willingly undertaken around the club.
We completely understand that it is no longer viable for Tania and her team to continue providing these services. While we will certainly miss their valued support, we hope to continue seeing Tania, Andrew, and the rest of the crew at the yacht club as friends and fellow members of our club
